A. Around 3.5 kWh per Kilogram, depending on moisture content. We recommend maximum 30% moisture for our biomass boilers.

Q. How much space do I need to store them?

A. Wood chips need around three times the storage space of wood pellets;

  • Wood Pellets = 650KG/m3

Q. How much do I need, compared to oil?

A. Not with our boilers! You will need ENPlus A1 or A2 pellets. These pellets are 10-12mm in length and 6mm in diameter.
