This weekend Rainbow Heat and Power joined the likes of Usain Bolt, Tina Turner and many players from FC Bayern Munich at the 181st Oktoberfest. Over the course of 2 weeks, 6.3 million visitors attended the festival and drank nearly 2 million gallons of beer.
The costumes were a resounding hit and meant the group felt very much part of the festivities. The Winzerer Fahndl Big Tent had a great atmosphere and singing along to the traditional oompah music was very much encouraged.
Hannes Andersson, Export manager for Effecta, Rainbow Heat and Powers range of biomass boilers suited to the domestic RHI scheme was also a guest at the event and many of our partners found it really useful meeting someone directly from the brand.
We think some of the group may still be suffering so whether the trip will be repeated next year remains to be seen!
