Effecta Lambda is a Range of 25, 35 or 60 kW Log Boilers
Effecta’s Lambda’s range of modern biomass log boilers have large fireboxes and can take logs up to 500mm in length.
The standard large grate and highly efficient combustion mean that you don’t need to refill the boiler very often.

Log Gasification Technology
Logs are gasified in the loading compartment at around 600oC. As the hot gases pass down through the ceramics, secondary air is introduced and the gasses are burned at higher temperatures of 1,200oC.
Lambda Pellet Burner Option - Logs and Pellets

If you decide wood pellets are a more convenient fuel type for your property, a side mounted wood pellet burner can be installed to give heat outputs of 25kW or 35kW. A front mounted wood pellet burner can be fitted to give heat outputs up to 60kW, giving you choice and flexibility.

Seriously Low Emissions
Accreditation into MCS requires emissions below 30g/Gj Particulates (PM) and 150 g/Gj of Nitrogen Oxide (NOx). All 3 of the Effecta Lambda log boilers have emissions significantly below these limits, making the Effecta Lambda range ideal for either Commercial or Domestic Renewable Heat Incentive projects..

Always Use an Accumulator Tank
Effecta Lambda log boilers are used in in conjunction with an accumulator tank. Energy stored in the accumulator tank is then ready to be used when needed. Depending on which boiler is the right fit for your project the accumulator tank should have a 1,000, 1,500 or 3,000 litre capacity.
The Perfect Amount of Air
Achieving the highest level of combustion efficiency is a major task as anyone with experience in log boilers know but the Effecta Lambda log boilers are equipped with a lambda sensor, which ensures consistency of firing, with optimum combustion and the lowest emissions.
Intuitive Controller
Effecta Lambda simplifies your wood firing substantially. The Lambda sensor, situated in the flue gas channel, indicates to the boiler how the combustion is running. The touch screen panel is easy to use and displays temperatures, accurately calculated to within a degree of efficiency.

Highest Efficiency and Best Combustion
The air inlet dampers on the front of the boiler are optimised with motors to give you excellent combustion and highest efficiency possible.
